Tiramisu Fudge

Sweet tooth got a craving? How about some delicious tiramisu fudge, courtesy of Life in the South…

Serves: 6-8 people


1 1/2 cup soaked Lifestyle Food Cashews (soak overnight in water)

400ml can Lifestyle Food Coconut Cream

1/3 cup liquid sweetener of choice

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Lifestyle Food Gluten-free Finger Biscuits

1 tbsp Lifestyle Food Cacao Powder

1 tsp ground freeze-dried coffee

Extra cacao powder for dusting

Silicone moulds


1. Place the cashews, coconut cream, sweetener, vanilla and salt in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour out 1/3 of the mixture and mix it with the cacao powder and coffee powder.

3. In your mould of choice layer the bottom with the finger biscuits, 1-2 tbsp of the cacao powder mixture, then fill up with the cashew mixture.

4. Freeze until set, remove from the moulds and dust with extra cacao powder and serve!
