Quinoa Lettuce Wraps with Peanut Sauce

Rice paper rolls  

1 ½  cups Lifestyle Food Quinoa – Cooked

Lettuce of choice  

Sliced carrot  

Sliced cucumber  

Fresh cilantro 

Fresh mint  

Fresh basil  

Lifestyle Food Sesame Seeds  

Toasted peanuts 

Pomegranate jewels  



⅓  cup Lifestyle Food Peanut Butter  

1-2 tbsp soy sauce  

1 tbsp rice vinegar  

1-2 tbsp Lifestyle Food Honey  

Hot water to smooth it out  

½  tsp chilli flakes  

Lifestyle Food Sesame Seeds



1. Have some lukewarm water ready in a bowl, dip in the rice paper and place on a wooden tray. 

2. Sprinkle on the sesame seeds, lettuce, cooked quinoa, carrots, cucumber, herbs and some of the sauce, pomegranate jewels, figs and chilli flakes and toasted peanuts. 

3. Roll and serve with sauce and extra chilli flakes.
