Easter Bun French Toast Bake

Method  

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.  
  2. Place the easter buns in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Whisk the coconut milk, corn starch, sugar and vanilla together.  
  4. Pour the coconut milk mixture over the buns and sprinkle with extra sugar and pecans.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until brown on top.  
  6. Add orange zest before serving with whipped coconut cream or ice cream.
