Cookie Dough Shake

Ingredients 

For Shake

1 cup frozen sweet potato or pumpkin chunks 

1 frozen banana diced  

2 dates  

1 scoop of Biogen Sweet Potato Protein Powder  

1 tsp cinnamon  

¼  cup Lifestyle Food Dark Chocolate Chips  

1 ½  cup Lifestyle Food Soy Milk  

For Cookie Dough  

2 tbsp vegan margarine, room temp 

1 ½  tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar 

1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

1/4 cup gluten-free flour 

1 tbsp Biogen Sweet Potato Protein Powder  

1 tbsp Lifestyle Food Dark Chocolate Chips  

1 tbsp Lifestyle Food Soy Milk  (if needed)  

Method  

1. Place all of the shake ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.  

2. Mix the cookie dough ingredients together and roll them into balls.

3. Top smoothie with cookie dough balls and serve.
