Chia Seeds Pudding Two Ways  


Preparation time: 5 minutes  

Cook time: 10 minutes  


  • ½ cup chia seeds 
  • 2 cups plant milk  
  • 1 cup milk  
  • ¼ cup blueberries  
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract  
  • Syrup to sweetener  
  • ⅓ cup berry jam  
  • ¼ cup cacao powder  
  • Sugar-free chocolate syrup  
  • Candied coconut 
  • Yoghurt to top  
  • Honey to top 



  1. Mix the chia seeds with milk, water, vanilla and syrup.  
  2. Divide the chia seeds into two jars, one jar with the blueberries, jam and yoghurt, and top with honey.  
  3. In the other jar, mix the chia seeds with cacao powder, syrup, yoghurt and candied coconut.
