Chia Seeds Pudding Two Ways

Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 cups plant milk
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Syrup to sweetener
- ⅓ cup berry jam
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- Sugar-free chocolate syrup
- Candied coconut
- Yoghurt to top
- Honey to top
Method
- Mix the chia seeds with milk, water, vanilla and syrup.
- Divide the chia seeds into two jars, one jar with the blueberries, jam and yoghurt, and top with honey.
- In the other jar, mix the chia seeds with cacao powder, syrup, yoghurt and candied coconut.
