Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

- 2 frozen bananas diced
- 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple
- 1 1/2 cup water or plant milk
- 2-3 brown dates
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
- Handful of spinach
- Hemp seeds
- Fresh fruit
- Place the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Decorate the smoothies with fresh fruit, toppings and fresh mint.
