Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

This delicious superfood smoothie embraces the power of green to fuel your day the right way.

 

Preparation time: 5 minutes  

Cook time: 5 minutes  

Serves: 2 

 

Ingredients  

  • 2 frozen bananas diced  
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple  
  • 1 1/2 cup water or plant milk  
  • 2-3 brown dates  
  • 1 tbsp nut butter  
  • 1 1/2 tsp spirulina powder  
  • Handful of spinach 
  • Toppings  
  • Oats  
  • Hemp seeds  
  • Fresh fruit  

 

Method  

  1. Place the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.  
  2. Decorate the smoothies with fresh fruit, toppings and fresh mint.
