Self Saucing Hot Chocolate Pudding

Experience the decadence of Hot Chocolate Baked Pudding, a warm embrace on chilly days.

1x packet lifestyle foods sponge cake mix
Lifestyle foods sweetened hot chocolate
1 1/2 boiling cup water
Chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Mix the sponge cake (without eggs-vegan way) according to the box instructions.
3. Add to a baking dish of choice, add 1/3 cup of the sweetened hot chocolate on top of the
pudding, along with some chocolate chips and the boiling water.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until gooey, serve hot with some ice cream and fresh raspberries.
