Chocolate Chip Caramel Cookies

Sink your teeth into the perfect harmony of melting chocolate chips and gooey caramel in every bite of our irresistible cookie creation. 

Ingredients

1x packet Lifestyle foods chocolate chip cookie mix
1x flax egg (1/4 cup flax flour mixed with 1/3 cup water)
Pretzels
Vegan caramel

Method

1. Mix the cookie mix according the to the packet instructions, replace the egg with 1 flax egg.
2. Roll in to cookie balls or scoop with a cookie scoop on to parchment paper lined tray, add a
pretzel in the centre, add a drizzle of the caramel and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 12-15
minutes.
3. Remove to cool, add some salt on top and enjoy!
4. Vegan caramel: add 400ml coconut cream to a saucepan, add 2 cups brown sugar and let it
cook on medium heat until it starts to caramelise. Continuing to whisk so that it does not burn!
5. Once caramel, add a pinch pf salt and store in a glass container at room temperature for
future use.
