Why we love it:

Psyllium is a form of soluble fibre made from the husk of the seeds from the Plantago ovata plant. It aids healthy digestion and can also assist in regulating high cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood sugar levels. 



  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. 
  2. Add a little water at a time and keep testing the consistency. 
  3. Roll into small balls and keep in the fridge.
Pro tip:

High-quality, natural nut butter will have a thin, translucent layer of oil at the top of the tub. These are the natural oils released from nuts that have been ground into a paste.
