Specifications

VANILLA CHOC CHIP MUFFIN RECIPE: Makes ±6 muffins.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • 6 Cup Muffin Tray.
  • Scale (preferably electronic) / Measuring Jug.
  • Mixing Bowl.
  • Spatula & Whisk.
  • Cooling Rack.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Lifestyle Food Vanilla Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix 375 g.
  • 2 Large Eggs.
  • 100 g / ml Filtered water or 125 g / ml Milk.
  • 60 g Butter, very soft.

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 160 ̊C.
  2. Whisk water and eggs in mixing bowl.
  3. Add pre-mix and soft butter, and combine contents with spatula (DO NOT over mix).
  4. Spoon batter into lightly greased muffin tray.
  5. Bake for ±21-23 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool for ±5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

VEGAN RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

  • Lifestyle Food Vanilla Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix 375 g.
  • 200 g / ml Almond Milk.
  • 60 g / ml Vegetable Oil.
  • 3 g (1⁄2 Tsp.) Double-acting Baking Powder.

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 160 ̊C.
  2. Add almond milk and oil in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add pre-mix and baking powder, and combine contents with spatula (DO NOT over mix).
  4. Spoon batter into lightly greased muffin tray.
  5. Bake for ±21-23 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool for ±5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

ALLERGENS: Soya. This product has been packed in a facility that processes cow’s milk and eggs. Allergen control program in place.

*Prepared in a dedicated gluten free facility. Product is also regularly tested to confirm the absence of gluten.
*Store in a cool, dry place.
