Peanut Butter Bliss Balls
A quick and easy snack, perfect for lunchboxes.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup Lifestyle Food Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Lifestyle Food Instant Oats
- 1/2 cup puffed rice or puffed wheat flakes
- 1 serving of whey protein
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp water
***Optional: 1/2 bar of Canderel dark chocolate and 1/3 of a FutureLife lite bar
METHOD:
- To a bowl, add the PB2, honey and water together and mix until a smooth and sticky spread starts to form.
- To a separate bowl, add the remainder of the ingredients (except the optional add-ins) followed by adding the peanut butter mixture.
- Mix until a dough starts to form. The dough may appear to be dry, but don’t stress- just continue to mix or use your hands.
- With damp hands, roll the dough into balls.
- Top with some melted dark chocolate and a small piece of the FutureLife bar.
- Keep refrigerated.
