Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

A quick and easy snack, perfect for lunchboxes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup Lifestyle Food Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Lifestyle Food Instant Oats
  • 1/2 cup puffed rice or puffed wheat flakes
  • 1 serving of whey protein
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp water

***Optional: 1/2 bar of Canderel dark chocolate and 1/3 of a FutureLife lite bar

METHOD:

  1. To a bowl, add the PB2, honey and water together and mix until a smooth and sticky spread starts to form.
  2. To a separate bowl, add the remainder of the ingredients (except the optional add-ins) followed by adding the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Mix until a dough starts to form. The dough may appear to be dry, but don’t stress- just continue to mix or use your hands.
  4. With damp hands, roll the dough into balls.
  5. Top with some melted dark chocolate and a small piece of the FutureLife bar.
  6. Keep refrigerated.
