- 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tsp Lifestyle Food Honey
- 1 serving BCAA powder
- 1 serving L-glutamine powder
- ¼ tsp Lifestyle Food Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ tsp Lifestyle Food Turmeric
- ½ cup pineapple
- 20 drops Echinacea drops
- 1 tbsp Lifestyle Food Coconut Oil
- 1 cup berries
- Tahini paste
