Healthy Oat Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Lifestyle Food Rolled Oats
- 1 tablespoon Lifestyle Food Almond Butter
- Sliced banana
- A handful of raspberries, pomegranates and goji berries
- A splash of milk (Lifestyle Foods offer lactose-free alternatives: almond, soy, oat, and rice milk)
Method:
