Gluten-Free Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
1 bag (250g) Lifestyle Food Gluten Free Penne Pasta
250g Cherry tomatoes
1 tin Chopped tomato
Small Handful basil
Lifestyle Food Salt and Pepper
4 small garlic cloves
Mozzarella
Method:
- Heat the oven to 180C.
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
- In an ovenproof dish, pour in a glug of olive oil, then add in the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, tinned tomato, garlic, basil and salt and pepper. Toss to coat the pasta and spread out in the pan.
- Top with torn pieces of mozzarella and vine tomatoes, a little more olive oil and place in the oven to bake for 25 minutes.
