Chocolate Loaf
This simple seven ingredient chocolate loaf is simple to make and delicious to serve!
Make your cake and eat it by using better-for-you ingredients to keep the sugar and calorie content as low as possible!
Ingredients
- 190g self-rising flour
- 5g baking powder
- 15g cocoa powder
- 3 tsp condensed milk milkshake drops (or sweetener of choice – amount based on your preference)
- 150ml Lifestyle Food Almond Milk
- 150ml Lifestyle Food Coconut Milk
- 10g coconut oil
Coconut Milk is a lactose-free, vegan-friendly milk alternative made from coconut water and coconut cream. It is a great source of calcium and is rich in various fats, including medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs).
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a bowl except for 5g of the cocoa.
- Scoop a little batter into another bowl and mix with the 5g of cocoa you set aside.
- Pour the two batters into a greased loaf tin and marble together.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180’C.
- Let cool and cut into 14 slices.
