Chocolate Loaf

This simple seven ingredient chocolate loaf is simple to make and delicious to serve!

Make your cake and eat it by using better-for-you ingredients to keep the sugar and calorie content as low as possible!


  • 190g self-rising flour
  • 5g baking powder
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 3 tsp condensed milk milkshake drops (or sweetener of choice – amount based on your preference)
  • 150ml Lifestyle Food Almond Milk
  • 150ml Lifestyle Food Coconut Milk
  • 10g coconut oil

Coconut Milk is a lactose-free, vegan-friendly milk alternative made from coconut water and coconut cream. It is a great source of calcium and is rich in various fats, including medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs).


  1. Mix everything together in a bowl except for 5g of the cocoa.
  2. Scoop a little batter into another bowl and mix with the 5g of cocoa you set aside.
  3. Pour the two batters into a greased loaf tin and marble together.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180’C.
  5. Let cool and cut into 14 slices.
