Collagen Smoothie

Taste the summer vibes with the tropical taste of pineapple and coconut in this refreshingly cool smoothie.

Despite its sweet taste, pineapple os a low-calorie fruit that is rich in fibre. It can also boost collagen production to improve your skin condition.

Ingredients

  • ½ banana 
  • 125g pineapple 
  • 1/3 cup Lifestyle Food Coconut Milk 
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Lifestyle Food Xylitol
  • 1 tsp Lifestyle Food Hydrolyzed Collagen
  • Fresh pineapple for garnish. 

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender. 
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth. 
  3. Serve cold.
