Brown Rice Poke Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup cooked brown rice
- 1 block firm tofu
- Shelled edamame beans
- Cucumber sticks
- Diced cabbage
- Sliced radishes
- Lime slices
- Spicy sriracha mayonnaise
- Soy sauce
- Honey
Method
- Cook the rice according to the instructions.
- Slice the tofu and add dollops of oil to a pan, add in the tofu and fry until brown.
- Add the soy sauce and the honey, and fry a bit more.
- Serve the rice with the fried tofu, edamame, cucumber, cabbage, radishes, sriracha mayonnaise and soy sauce.
