Beefed Up Salad

Low in calories but big in protein – it’s the ideal way to end the day in a carb-conscious way.

Fillet is a concentrated source of lean protein, ideal for any calorie-conscious diet plan.

Seeds are packed full of high concentrations of vitamins, minerals, proteins, essential oils, and enzymes that a plant needs to grow and flower to produce new seeds. This makes them a nutrient-dense ingredient for a wholesome meal.



  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Fry fillet steak to preference. Remove from pan and allow to cool.
  2. Arrange the spinach, chickpeas, feta, sun-dried tomatoes and roasted seeds on a serving platter. Add the black pepper to taste.
  3. Drizzle the balsamic reduction sparingly over the salad. Toss the salad and serve immediately.
