Summer Bruschetta

Ingredients

1 olive or plain ciabatta loaf

Vegan cream cheese

1 1/2 cup soaked Lifestyle Food Cashews

1 tbsp Lifestyle Food Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 cup Lifestyle Food Nutritional Yeast

1-2 tbsp Lifestyle Food Flax Oil

1 tbsp Lifestyle Food Honey

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp dried basil

Toppings

Fresh herbs

Fresh strawberries

Fresh cherries

Lifestyle Food Flax Oil

Balsamic drizzle

Method

1. Place the cashews in water to soak overnight, the next day place all of the cream cheese ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

2. Place in a glass container and cool until serving time.

3. Slice the bread, brush with olive oil and grill or air-fry in the oven for 5-8 minutes until crispy.

4. Smear the bruschetta with the cream
