Rice Cake Brownies Slices
These no-bake chocolate brownies are made using a very special ingredient… Crushed rice cakes!
Ingredients
- 1 packet yoghurt-coated rice cakes
- ½ cup nut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- Melted chocolate
- Almond flake’s
Method
- Crush the rice cakes in a ziplock bag and place them in a bowl. Melt the nut butter, coconut oil, honey, and cacao powder in a separate bowl. Mix well.
- Pour the nut butter mixture over the rice cakes and mix.
- Press into a parchment paper-lined square tin. Let it set in the fridge for about an hour. 4. Pour over the melted chocolate and almond flakes and place in the fridge to set.
- Remove once set and slice.
