Quick and Easy Energy Balls
Nutritious, delicious, and so easy to make when you’re short on time!
1 1/2 cup Lifestyle Food Cashews (or other nuts)
1 cup Lifestyle Food Pitted Dates
1 tbsp Lifestyle Food Coconut Oil
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp Lifestyle Food Cacao Powder
1 tbsp protein powder
1 tbsp Lifestyle Food Chia Seeds
- Put the nuts into a food processor and blend.
- Add all other ingredients and blend until you get a smooth mixture.
- Roll them into little balls and store them in the fridge.
