Granola Breakfast Pops

While this is listed as a breakfast treat, it could honestly be eaten any time of the day as a refreshing frozen treat packed with vitamins and nutrients.

 

Preparation time: 60 minutes 

Cook time: 60 minutes 

Serves: 4

Ingredients 

Method 

  1. Soak the mixed raw nuts for about three hours or overnight in water, then place in a high-speed blender, along with the coconut milk, dates, vanilla and salt. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into ice cream moulds of choice, add in the granola and desired fruit of choice. Freeze for about 60-80 minutes until set. 
  3. Remove from the moulds and enjoy!
