  • 1 packet Lifestyle Foods Green Pea Penne Pasta
  • 1 cup sliced and steamed broccoli
  • 1 cup sliced and steamed Brussels sprouts
  • ⅓ cup Thai spiced basil and coriander pesto
  • ½ cup steamed edamame beans
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and toasted cashews for garnish
  • Vegan cream cheese for serving


  1. Prepare the Green Pea Pasta: Cook the green pea pasta according to the package instructions until soft or al dente. Rinse and drain the pasta, then add the Thai spiced basil and coriander pesto, ensuring it is well-mixed.
  2. Roast the Vegetables: Place the sliced and steamed broccoli and Brussels sprouts on a baking tray. Drizzle with sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the vegetables and bake at 180° Celsius for 15 minutes or until golden.
