Lunchtime sandwiches will never be the same again after you try this Green Goddess Sandwich.



  • Two slices of your favourite bread (toast if you like)
  • Cucumber fingers
  • Lettuce
  • 1-2 tbsp Lifestyle Food Mayonnaise

Additional toppings:

  • Avocado
  • Pesto
  • Sprouts


  1. Add a generous dollop of the mayonnaise to each slice of bread.
  2. Add the other toppings, and the final slice of bread.
  3. Slice and serve.
