Ingredients
For the Salad Jars
- 1 packet Lifestyle Food Gluten Free Instant Noodles
- Neutral oil (for frying)
- Chopped cabbage
- Chopped cucumber
- Cooked corn kernels
- Shredded carrots
- Cooked edamame
- Salted peanuts
- Two glass jars
For the Peanut Sauce
- ½ cup Lifestyle Food Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Hot water (to thin out the sauce)
Method:
- Heat some neutral oil in a pan suitable for shallow frying. Once the oil is hot, add a portion of the gluten-free noodles carefully. Fry until the noodles puff up and become crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Set aside the crispy noodles for later use.
- Place the rest of the gluten-free noodles in a bowl. Pour hot water over them along with any included seasoning. Let them marinate until the noodles are soft, following the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
