Indulge in these delicious Bounty Bars coated in melted chocolate and topped with raw almonds. With a combination of wholesome ingredients like coconut flour and honey, they make a perfect treat to enjoy.
2 cups Lifestyle Food coconut flour
1/3 cup Lifestyle Food coconut oil
1/3 cup raw Lifestyle Food honey or golden syrup
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Melted chocolate for dipping

In a bowl, combine the coconut flour and salt. In a separate container, melt the coconut oil and honey until slightly bubbly. Add the vanilla extract to the mixture and pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Fold them together until well combined.
Moisten your hands slightly and take 2 tablespoons of the coconut batter. Shape it into a small log, pressing tightly to prevent it from falling apart.
Place the formed bars on a tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze them for at least 1 hour. Once firm, dip each bar into melted chocolate, and sprinkle raw almonds on top. Freeze again for another 20-30 minutes.
Store the bars in the refrigerator, keeping them in a glass container. They will stay fresh for up to two weeks.
