  • 1x packet Lifestyle Food Quick Basmati Rice
  • Olive oil
  • Massaged kale leaves
  • Sliced apples
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Sliced avocado
  • Pomegranate jewels
  • Baked potato
  • Roasted chickpeas
  • Hummus
  • Vegetable balls of choice
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp vegan Worcester sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. Cook the rice according to the packet instructions

2. Add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl, mix the dressing and pour over the salad.

3. Add salt and pepper and serve.
