Delicious Apple Pie Oat Bowl

Love apple pie? Now you can eat it for breakfast and not feel an ounce of guilt! 

 

Ingredients:

Toppings:
  • ½ apple sliced
  • A handful of almonds chopped up
  • A drizzle of sugar-free caramel sauce (optional)

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until you achieve a thick consistency smoothie

Pour into a bowl and add your toppings!
