Delicious Apple Pie Oat Bowl
Love apple pie? Now you can eat it for breakfast and not feel an ounce of guilt!
Ingredients:
- 1 small frozen banana
- ½ cup nonfat vanilla Greek yoghurt
- ⅔ unsweetened, sugar-free apple sauce
- ¼ cup Lifestyle Food Rolled Oats
- 1 teaspoon Lifestyle Food Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup Lifestyle Food Unsweetened Almond Milk
Toppings:
- ½ apple sliced
- A handful of almonds chopped up
- A drizzle of sugar-free caramel sauce (optional)
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until you achieve a thick consistency smoothie
Pour into a bowl and add your toppings!
