Lifestyle Food Salt & Vinegar Popcorn Seasoning gets its tang from sodium diacetate rather than liquid vinegar, which is how a dry powder manages the sharpness. It is salt-forward, so add a little and taste before committing.

SUGGESTED USE:

• On hot popcorn: shake over as soon as it comes out of the pot.
• Start light: it's salt-forward, so add and taste rather than committing at once.
• On chips: the obvious second use.
• On roast vegetables: a pinch over potatoes or cauliflower before serving.
