Lifestyle Food Bentonite Clay Powder is a fine clay formed from weathered volcanic ash. Mixed with water it thickens into a smooth paste. Follow the directions given on the pack, and speak to a pharmacist or doctor before taking it alongside any medication.

SUGGESTED USE: When required, add one teaspoon of bentonite clay powder to one tablespoon of water to form a paste. Slowly add more water until the desired consistency is reached, approx. 180-250 ml.Recommended short term use only. To improve the taste, try adding bentonite clay to smoothies or pressed juices.

WARNINGS: Do not consume dry bentonite clay powder, always mix well with liquid and avoid inhalation. Consult with a healthcare practitioner pror to use if you are pregnant/lactating, if you have a pre-existing medical condition, or if you are taking any other medication. It is recommended to use a plastic / wooden spoon when handling.
