Description

Lifestyle Food Activated Charcoal Powder is a very fine black powder, food grade. A little goes a long way and it stains, so mix it in a bowl rather than over a worktop. Follow the directions on the pack, and speak to a pharmacist or doctor before using it alongside any medication.

SUGGESTED USE: When required, add 1-2 teaspoons of activated charcoal powder to 1 tablespoon of water to form a paste, then slowly add more water until the desired consistency is reached. Recommended for short term use only. To improve the taste try adding charcoal powder to smoothies or pressed juices. One teaspoon (5ml) of activated charcoal is ±2g.
