Ingredients
For the oats
- 1½ cups rolled oats or quick oats
- ½ cup oat groats or buckwheat groats
- 2–3 cups milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (or 2 whisked egg whites)
- Salt, to taste
For the caramelised bananas
- 2 medium bananas
- Honey
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dash of ground ginger
To serve
- Nut butter
- Date purée or apple purée
- Extra milk, if desired
Method:
