
Shiitake Broccolini Stir Fry
A delicious, calorie-conscious stir fry the whole family will love.
Ingredients
- 1 packet No Calorie Shiitake Noodles
- 1 cup broccolini
- ½ red onion sliced
Sauce
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro
Method
- Add a dollop of oil to a pan, add in the onion and sauté for 5 minutes before adding the broccolini and drained noodles.
- Mix the sauce and then pour over the noodles, cook until the broccolini is slightly soft.
- Serve with toasted sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
